Of all the things we love about Richmond (too many to count, if we’re being honest), one thing’s for certain — the Spider Family never fails to support one another.  

Spiders came out in full force this week for our first-ever Giving Day, #URHere, supporting more than 125 different areas that make the Richmond experience so special. More than 2,270 of you from all 50 states and around the world raised nearly $350,000 for the departments, teams, labs, clubs (and so much more) that you love the most. Because of you, we made history by reaching the highest number of both donors and gifts ever in a 36-hour period. And even though the day is technically over, the gifts are still coming in!

We are truly a stronger place because of every Spider and every gift, and we are so grateful for the impact you make on our beloved UR!
