The Robins School of Business ranked in the top 20 — its highest ranking to date — in the annual Best Undergraduate Business Schools rankings by “Poets&Quants for Undergrads,” the leading online publication for undergraduate business education news.

The school ranked 18th, up from 23rd last year. In its profile of the Robins School of Business, Poets&Quants wrote, “Many other B-schools can boast the expansive opportunities that are available to their students, but the fact that Robins places heavy emphasis on its small class size and attentive faculty speaks volumes about the individual care they put into each and every student’s development.”

“Our students are shaped by a comprehensive and stimulating curriculum that also includes a wide range of experiential opportunities,” said Mickey Quiñones, dean of the Robins School. “While we don’t seek rankings, they affirm that our faculty and staff provide our students unparalleled opportunities to develop their business acumen and success in a competitive business environment.”

The ranking methodology includes admissions standards, academic experience, and career outcomes data. The Robins School ranked 15th on career outcomes, 21 on admission standards, and 22 on alumni experience. Poets&Quants highlighted the University of Richmond as one of two schools that reported placing 100% of the 2020 graduates seeking employment into full-time positions.

The ranked schools in the report reflect the top 12% of the more than 840 business schools accredited by AACSB International, the main accrediting body for business education, as noted in a Poets&Quants release.
