Spiders in your neighborhood

The magazine has it on good authority that there’s one overwhelming sentiment at alumni events lately: It’s good to be back.

After more than two years of pandemic-induced caution that pushed most events to virtual formats, Spiders are getting out again in cities across the country.

The alumni relations programming schedule is again packed. In August and September alone, there were recent grad nights in Boston and Washington, D.C., a miniature golf night in Atlanta, and meetups in London, San Francisco, and Wilmington, North Carolina. Spiders cheered on the Twins in Minneapolis, the Bulls in Durham, North Carolina, and Spider football in Charlottesville, Virginia.
